During this meeting, we’ll assess the work needed, provide an estimate for the costs, and confirm the delivery timeline.

Fittings

Following the consultation, the fitting will be scheduled.

Depending on the extent of the alterations, we may require one or more fittings to ensure the perfect fit and finish.

These fittings can be done at your store or, if more convenient, at your client’s residence.

Any necessary adjustments will be made during these sessions to refine the garment until it meets your client’s exact specifications.

Step 3

Packing

Each piece will be steamed, and thoroughly checked for quality to ensure the alterations meet our high standards.

Following which the garment will be neatly covered and carefully packed to maintain its pristine condition during delivery.

Step 4

Collection or Delivery

Once the alterations are complete, we offer flexible delivery options to suit you and your client’s needs.

You can choose to have your garment delivered to your store for pick up, personally delivered or posted to your client’s residence, for an additional fee and dependant on location.

We aim to make the process as seamless as possible, ensuring that the tailored piece is delivered in perfect condition and on time.
